As educators we know that our ability to develop rapport with our students and fellow staff, be creative in our planning and teaching practices, and stay responsive and in the moment are our greatest assets. Yet the environment we find ourselves in is often fraught with distractions and expectations that can seem overwhelming. Working with us at the Center for Insight and Change will help you become the best educator you can be and help you return to that beautiful feeling you probably had when you chose to be a teacher.
